Quick Adaptors are designed for use on air, water, sewer and gas pipelines. The adaptors are for joiniting with PVC or PE pipes. Quick Adaptors can be manufactured to special flange drilling such as BS4504 PN10, 16, 25, 40, BS10 Table D, E and F or ANSI flange drilling. A Quick Adaptor for PE (Polyethylene) pipes is a practical and efficient fitting for PE pipe systems.

Structure & Design

Constructed from high-quality engineering plastics or metal alloys like polypropylene-based plastics or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it ensures durability and chemical resistance. It has a quick-connect design. One end snugly fits over the PE pipe, often via a push-fit mechanism with a tapered inner surface. The other end can be threaded or flange-like for connection to valves, other pipes, etc.
