DI Saddle Clamp

Structural design

Body material: The DI Saddle Clamp of our company is made of ductile iron. Ductile iron has high strength, good toughness, and corrosion resistance. It can withstand the pressure inside the pipeline and the influence of the external environment, ensuring long-term stable use.

Sealing gasket: It is equipped with a rubber sealing gasket inside. On the one hand, it can form a tight seal between the pipe clamp and the pipe, preventing the leakage of liquid or gas. On the other hand, the elasticity of rubber can buffer the stress changes caused by the vibration and thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline.

Bolt connection: Usually, a two-bolt design is adopted. By tightening the bolts, the pipe clamp can be securely fastened to the pipe. This design not only facilitates convenient installation but also allows the tightness of the pipe clamp to be adjusted as needed, ensuring the reliability of the connection.

Product features

Excellent corrosion resistance: The surface of the pipe clamp is often treated with special coatings, such as fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating (FBE), epoxy resin paint, or nylon 11 coating. These treatments provide excellent corrosion resistance, effectively preventing rust and corrosion. Even in harsh environmental conditions, such as high humidity, acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances, these coatings help maintain the performance of the pipe clamp.

Reliable sealing: Rubber sealing rings can provide a tight seal, ensuring that the fluid in the pipeline system does not leak, maintaining the integrity and normal operation of the system. This is crucial for the transportation of media such as water and gas.

Application field

Municipal Engineering: In urban water supply systems, DI Saddle Clamps are used to connect pipes of different diameters, install branch pipes, and repair points of leakage. In sewage treatment systems, they help secure and connect sewage pipes, ensuring efficient transportation of wastewater and preventing leaks that could harm the environment.

Industrial Projects: In industrial sectors such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and power generation, DI Saddle Clamps are essential for connecting and maintaining various process pipelines. These clamps are designed to withstand high pressure, high temperatures, and the corrosive effects of chemicals, ensuring safe and reliable operation during industrial processes.

Emergency Repairs: In emergencies like pipeline ruptures or leaks, DI Saddle Clamps can be quickly installed at the damaged area for temporary or permanent repairs. This reduces the impact of water or gas outages and provides extra time for more thorough maintenance work.

Size Specifications

DI Saddle Clamps come in a variety of sizes to accommodate pipes of different diameters. The available size range includes options for both smaller and larger diameters, allowing for precise matching to the specific requirements of any piping system.
