Its flexibility is specifically reflected in its all-around compensation capacity in axial, radial, and angular directions: the axial expansion and contraction amount can reach 5-15mm, the radial displacement can accommodate 3-8mm, and the maximum angular deflection angle can reach 3-5°. It can effectively absorb the thermal expansion and contraction stress caused by temperature changes, the displacement deviation caused by slight foundation settlement, and the vibration impact generated during the operation of equipment such as water pumps and fans. Compared with rigid flange adaptors, flexible flange adaptors can buffer stress through their own elastic deformation, avoiding cracking of pipeline interfaces, loosening of flanges, and even equipment damage, thus greatly improving the impact resistance and operation stability of the entire pipe network. The product also employs a pressure self-tightening sealing principle: as the pressure in the pipeline increases, the sealing surfaces fit more tightly together, resulting in enhanced sealing performance. It can achieve zero leakage under low, normal, and medium-high pressure conditions (ranging from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa). Additionally, the connection between the adaptor and the flange features a bolt fastening design with evenly distributed bolts to ensure balanced stress. This design further improves sealing stability and minimizes the risk of leakage caused by uneven pressure distribution. It meets the requirements for long-term continuous operation of the pipeline.
