1. Structural strength: Suitable for high-pressure and heavy-load working conditions


The double flange design adopts an integral casting process. The flange and the bend body are integrally formed from homogeneous ductile iron (QT450-10), avoiding the stress concentration problem of welded flanges. The flange surface strictly complies with ANSI B16.5 or GB/T 9115 standards. The accuracy of the sealing of the water line is controlled within 0.05mm. Combined with high-strength bolts (grade 8.8 and above), it can withstand a working pressure of 1.6MPa-4.0MPa, far exceeding the upper limit of the pressure resistance of ordinary butt-welded bends.


Applicable scenarios: In environments with large pressure fluctuations, such as pump station outlets, compressor pipelines, and high-pressure steam pipelines, it can effectively resist medium impact and prevent flange surface leakage.


Heavy-load advantage: The rigid structure of the flange connection can bear the radial load generated by the self-weight of the pipeline and the weight of the medium, especially suitable for the turning requirements of large-diameter (DN200-DN1200) pipelines.


2. Installation efficiency: Quick connection, reducing the construction period


Compared with grooved or socket bend, the connection method of the double flange 45° bend has the feature of "installation and fixation immediately" :


There is no need for complex welding preheating or groove rolling processes. Installation can be completed simply by positioning the flange surface and tightening the bolts. The construction time for a single interface is shortened to one-third of that of traditional processes.


The flange hole positions adopt a uniform circular distribution design, allowing for ±3° Angle fine-tuning, which can compensate for minor deviations during pipeline installation and reduce the strict requirements for construction accuracy.


For areas that require frequent maintenance, they can be quickly disassembled and replaced to reduce downtime for maintenance.


3. Sealing Reliability: Multiple protections, suitable for the transportation of various media


Sealing solution: Standard equipped with nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluorine rubber (FKM) gaskets. The former is suitable for conventional media such as water and oil, while the latter can withstand harsh working conditions such as acids, alkalis, and high temperatures (-20℃ to 200℃), ensuring zero medium penetration.


Anti-corrosion treatment: The inner and outer walls of the elbow are coated with zinc plus spray coating and epoxy ceramic coating. The salt spray test duration is over 5,000 hours, which can adapt to corrosive environments such as high humidity along the coast and industrial wastewater. The service life is extended to over 30 years.

Whether it is the turning section that needs to avoid buildings in urban water supply systems, the sludge conveying pipeline in sewage treatment plants, or the turning of steam pipelines in thermal power plants, this double-flange 45° bend can precisely match.
