In terms of structural design, a dual plate check valve consists of a valve body, a valve cover, two semi-circular valve discs, and springs. Two valve discs are connected to the valve body through a pin shaft. When there is no medium flow or medium backflow, the valve discs tightly adhere to the valve seat by their own gravity and spring force, forming a seal. When the medium flows forward, the fluid pressure pushes the valve disc to open, allowing the medium to pass smoothly.
