Its core advantages stem from three major eccentric structures: the axis of the valve stem deviates from the center of the butterfly plate and the pipeline, the sealing surface has a conical eccentricity, and the center of rotation of the butterfly plate deviates from the centerline of the flow channel. This causes the butterfly plate to detach from the valve seat before moving when the valve is opened and closed, reducing friction, lowering operating torque, and extending service life.


In terms of performance, the valve has efficient sealing, and the eccentric design creates a large and uniform sealing pressure ratio when the butterfly plate and valve seat are closed, making it suitable for high-pressure, high sealing requirements scenarios such as gas and chemical industries; The low torque characteristic can be adapted to low-power drive devices, saving costs and energy consumption; The combination of minimal wear and high-quality materials ensures stable performance during frequent opening and closing, significantly reducing maintenance costs. At the same time, it can adapt to various working conditions such as water, steam, corrosive media, etc., with a working temperature of around -40 ℃ -450 ℃ and a wide pressure range.
